I don’t know about you, but I just love daisies. There are so many varieties and colors that make them a very popular flower. Gerbers are my favorite so I love working with them. This past weekend, we celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday with a family dinner. I created this arrangement for the buffet in our dining room to coordinate with the tropically themed table setting for our dinner.

I shared a post earlier this week with all of the details for this table setting. I would love for you to stop by and take a look and hear about how it all came together.
Creating a Simple Tropical Summer Table Setting
While I was at Trader Joe’s picking up the lemons, limes, and oranges I used here, I was lucky to find these daisies in a package of mixed flowers and they were perfect!! I bought two and then one additional package of greenery. Putting the arrangement together was super easy. I started a bit backward though with this one by starting with the greenery first and then adding in the flowers last since I wanted them to be more prominent.
The arrangement was the perfect starting point for the drink tray I set up for dinner!
These daisies are so stunning that I felt like they deserved their own post!
Daisy Varieties and Colors
We had such a lovely evening having our daughter’s favorite meal for her 16th birthday family dinner. In case you didn’t see my last post, this is a precious photo of both of my kiddos when they were toddlers (birthday girl on the right). My how time flies!!
Thank you for stopping by to see this fun tropical floral arrangement I made with daisies! Here in Colorado, daisies are in season and can be found in most grocery stores or flower vendors and will be featured around here quite often this season. What is your favorite flower?? I would love to hear about it in the comments section below.

Lovely arrangement and post, Holly! Gerbers are so pretty! (Just wish they smelled as good as they look!… I find i wish that with all flowers that have no fragrance!) 😉
Good point Julie! I didn’t think about the fact that they really do not have a strong fragrance. I guess they make up for it in color…right?! XO
