Hi friends! Thanksgiving is roughly two weeks away. Are you ready?! Things have been super busy between the three of us as we are gearing up for the holidays. We are so excited to share our fourth post in our new blog hop; Holiday Hosting at Home! Today, we are sharing what has been going on this week including some creative ideas and recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Here is what my friends have been sharing for our Thanksgiving tablescapes, fall and Christmas home decor, plus some great ideas and a tasty recipe for entertaining in your home for the season. If you would like to pin any of these images, please go to the original post linked below each image. You will want to see their whole posts anyway because there is so much inspiration in each of these posts.
I absolutely flipped out when I saw this adorable Chick-Fil-A Friendsgiving tablescape that Lory put together. The creativity is over the moon. Wouldn’t this also be a fantastic table setting for your Thanksgiving “kid’s table”?! My kids would have eaten this up!!
Not only does this new recipe Lory shared sound SO delicious, but it also absolutely gorgeous to feature on your table for your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner! Between the creaminess of the goat cheese, the crispiness of the prosciutto, the richness of the cherries and the nuts, this will surely delight your guests during the holidays.
I can assure you that you will be blown away by Holly’s fall home decor, so you MUST stop by her fall home tour! I suggest waiting until later this evening so you can set yourself up on your sofa under a cozy throw blanket with a glass of wine! You will not be disappointed. Her fall table setting is also a must see!
Holly also just shared her Rustic Thanksgiving table setting and it is just so simple and lovely. She provides all of the simple details as to how she created this elegant look.
We will be home in Dallas for Thanksgiving, so we decided to celebrate here a little early. If you follow fashion these days, then you know that jewel tones are big right now. That is what inspired this table setting along with one of my favorite fine china Royal Crown Derby salad plates. Stop by the see all the details!
As usual, I always start all of our Christmas decorating a bit earlier than others. We usually go home to Dallas for Thanksgiving, so I like to come to a fully decorated home. Additionally, if I get my Christmas decorations up early, then I can focus my time on shopping, gift wrapping, and meal planning as we get closer to Christmas. This past week, I shared a new post full of Easy and Elegant Christmas Decorating Ideas to provide multiple inspirations for your decor for this year or for years to come.
Thank you so much for stopping by our fourth blog hop; Holiday Hosting at Home with creative ideas and recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas! We would love to hear what you are interested in seeing from us as we approach Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
