Hi friends! It is so hard to believe that Christmas is only a little over 3 weeks away. Are you ready?! Things have been super busy between the three of us as we are gearing up for the holidays. We are so excited to share our fifth post in our new blog hop; Holiday Hosting at Home! Today, we are sharing what has been going on the last two weeks including some creative ideas for your Christmas Table Settings, Decor and More!
Holiday Hosting at Home #5: Christmas Table Settings, Decor, and More!
Here is what my friends have been sharing of their Christmas Table Settings, Christmas home decor, plus a tasty recipe for entertaining in your home for the season. If you would like to pin any of these images, please go to the original post linked below each image. You will want to see their whole posts anyway because there is so much inspiration in each of these posts.

Lory put this gorgeous vintage winter table setting together using her heirloom Limoges china that was a gift from her grandmother. The china and crystal that I have from my family are my most cherished and featuring them is something that hopefully causes a smile up in heaven. She topped off this beautiful setting with her Simon Pearce handblown glass Christmas trees that are truly amazing. All of the details are in her new post.

I am so in love with the fact that Lory featured the traditional colors of Christmas for this table setting. These days you can see so many other color palettes for Christmas tablescapes, so it is lovely to see what she did using the classic greens, reds, and golds here. Swooning even more over the magnolia leaves (reminds me of home!) and how she mixed them with the roses! Not to mention the dress!!

With these cold winter days, you certainly need to add this recipe for Chicken and Noodles over Mashed Potatoes to your files! It has been in Holly’s family for generations and was the first meal that she made for her now husband. Apparently, it worked pretty well!

And, what a perfect way to get in the mood for Christmas than with Holly’s 2018 Christmas Tree! In her recent post, she shows how she changed things up from the trees she featured last year and made them fresh and new. I have decided it is time for me to buy a flocked tree since I am so in love with this!!

Decorating for the holidays puts me in such a happy place! As Holly (the other one!) does, I strive to use as much of my previous year’s decorations but mix them up in a totally different way. This is an easy Silver and Gold Glam Christmas Centerpiece that I put together for the buffet in our dining room. Keeping it neutral allows me to design all sorts of table settings for the holidays.

A short while ago, I created this Simple Woodland and Pine Cone Christmas Table Setting for a dinner meeting I hosted. It was so easy to put together (especially for a low cost) and it provided a centerpiece that will last for the whole season. My guests especially enjoyed getting to take home the acorn ornaments as a “thank you” for their hard work on our committee! Stop by to see all the details.
