Spring is finally trying to burst through here in Colorado. Over the weekend, we had two days of perfect weather allowing for some substantial snowmelt. Oh, happy day! Today, I am sharing our new Blush Pink and Blue Spring Tablescape which would be great for Easter or Mother’s Day.

*This post is brought to you as part of a collaboration with Gourmet Settings. The images, thoughts, and words are mine. I want to thank you all for your support of the sponsors that allow me to continue to create free content for my readers and share products that I truly love and use in our daily lives. Blush Pink and Blue Spring Tablescape
Classic Blue has been named the Pantone Color of the year for 2020. Needless to say, that certainly motivated me to create a tablescape using this color! The search for the inspiration commenced.

It was “game over” when I found these CHATEAU CLAIR SCALLOPED INDIGO Soup Bowls to top things off. The blush pink and white are the perfect backdrop to coordinate with this classic blue color on this table.

Blush Pink and Blue Spring Tablescape Place Settings
In a recent post of my Blush Pink and White Valentine’s Day Table Setting, I premiered my new blush pink placemats and chargers that I am totally in love with! With a soft palette as the base, it really allows the blue to pop.

I am super excited to share my new Lotus Dinner Plates by Gourmet Settings. When I opened the box and pulled them out, they exceeded my expectations. The size and gradual slope on the edges provide more surface for your culinary creativity. They are perfect for a special occasion or everyday use.

To compliment the matte finish of the blush pink chargers, I am featuring my new Gather Flatware from the FOKS Collection by Gourmet Settings. The matte finish of this flatware is so unique and modern. They add a touch of elegance to the place settings without being too formal. And, they are very well priced! Bonus!!

Their flatware is beautiful and very well-made. I love the variety of their designs and finishes and have my eyes on several other patterns to add to my collection. 🙂

We Johnsons love our wine! Using quality crystal stemware for wine is so key to the experience of drinking fine wine. As you may know, Riedel is our go-to for all things WINE! For this table setting, I used our Bourdeaux, Chardonnay, and water goblets from Riedel. The grouping of crystal certainly adds a glistening, glamorous touch!

The Flowers!
For the flowers, I worked with my favorite floral designer, Kari from Bouquets, in downtown Denver. We designed the flowers to compliment the place settings, but in a unique way. The goal was to feature blush pink tones by a combination of colors that created the effect instead of “matching” the placemats and chargers.

We used both blue and white containers to coordinate with the bowls and our new dinner plates. She actually spray-painted the Eryngium to add the pops of blue. So divine!

There are three of the larger arrangements and four of the smaller ones so we could fill in my ten-foot table.

For added texture and impact, I placed the flower arrangements in a zig-zag pattern. Aren’t they so fresh and happy?!

Well, I hope you enjoyed the details of our new Blush Pink and Blue Tablescape! I really enjoyed sharing how much I love my new Gourmet Settings Lotus Dinnerware and the FOKS Gather Flatware!
