Cooler temperatures are finally hitting Colorado so I am furiously getting ready for the season. Today, I am sharing my new Fifty Shades of Grey and White Fall Tablescape that is featured in our dining room for the next few weeks. I have been dying to do a table with a “Fifty Shades of Grey” theme!!

Seeing the leaves and colors start to change is so exciting. The season renders so much beauty as we transition to winter. A favorite time of the year!
This post is sponsored but all of my opinions are comments are my own.
As a blogger who shares a lot of my tablescapes throughout the year, I have been introduced to the stunning linens and tabletop products of Crown Linen Designs. When the owner offered to send me some of her linens, I was over the moon.

This was the inspiration for this table setting. The embroidery on these fine linen napkins are so classic and elegant! This will not be the last time you see them for sure!!
Fifty Shades of Grey and White Fall Tablescape Place Settings
As I mentioned, these Crown Linen Designs Royal Embroidered Linen Napkins inspired this table setting.

I am so delighted with how beautiful they look cascading down the table. This is precisely why I placed the grey placemats vertically to provide a backdrop for the linens.

I decided to feature them with some of my Lenox dinnerware to coordinate with the linens. My Chelse Muse Scalloped White Dinner Plate was a perfect start!

While planning this tablescape, it was the perfect occasion to use my new Kate Spade Tribeca Accent Plate. I am in love with the color and the style. They are also a perfect complement to the dinner plate I am using here.

Mixing the textures of the plates really adds to the elegance of the table.

For the glassware, mixing grey and white was the way to go. Plus, I was eager to reuse my new White Marbled Wine Glasses from the new Modus Collection from Denby Pottery Company.

The Flowers for this Fifty Shades of Grey and White Fall Tablescape
Fun story here! As you know, I do most of my own flower arranging for our table settings and parties. HOWEVER, for this tablescape, I wanted to show you how you can create florist worthy flower arrangements made only with flowers from the grocery store and with natural greenery and herbs from the great outdoors!

For this table, I challenged my favorite floral designer with choosing flowers from her local grocery store so we could make these arrangements to show you what you can do. She is used to having access to the best flowers and greenery so it was a fun challenge for both of us!

All we added to the flowers and fruit she bought from the store was greenery and fresh herbs we gathered from my yard. It included sage, basil flowers, privet, yarrow leaves, and more…some of which I had never used before (I am all about using cuttings from my yard for all kinds of arrangements!!).

I will be doing a new separate post on the whole process (stay tuned). It was so much fun and I learned so much that I cannot wait to share it with you.

Finishing touches!
To complete the look, I simply placed a variety of grey and white pumpkins throughout the centerpieces. They add such a perfect fall vibe to the table.

Adding a white pumpkin to each place setting topped off the look!

I know grey and white might seem out of the box for fall but, hopefully, you can see how special it can be! We are headed out for a long weekend in the mountains for some cooler temperatures and some fun with friends. I am excited to share some new fall decor ideas when I return!!
