Believe it or not, it snowed for two days last week, so it is finally starting to feel like fall. Today, I am sharing lots of ideas and examples for warm and cozy coffee table styling for fall, with even more ideas at the bottom of the post.

Typically, when I start decorating for fall, I start with our coffee tables since they are such a focal point in our living areas.
First of all, let me show you what I started with for this year’s tables. This is how my coffee table was styled for the end of the summer.

And, this is how I styled my coffee tables for fall last year. You can see the whole post HERE.

You will see that I will be incorporating some of these decorations but will be changing it up a bit and add in a few new pieces.

How to create Warm and Cozy Coffee Table Styling for Fall
Start with a foundation that is cozy. This could be a fur throw, furry bathmat, a plaid blanket…you name it! I am using my Faux Mongolian Fur throw again this year because I love it so much!! The texture that it adds is amazing!

Add natural or faux texture. For now, I am using faux branches because my leaves have not started changing. As the season comes into its full beauty and bounty, I will bring in natural textures from my yard.

I used these branches on my tables last year, but just added a few more this year to balance the girth of my black vase. This year, I added several real succulents (from Trader Joe’s) for some natural texture.

These are some branches I used from a tree in my back yard a few years ago. You can see the whole post HERE.

Feature fall-themed decorations. Pumpkin, pine cones, Halloween-themed decor, fall leaves, succulents, feathers, or acorns are among a few things you could use.

Use color-coordinated coffee table books to add balance to the decor. Coffee table books can also provide another surface for accessories or fall-themed decor.

Candles, candles, or more candles. Nothing provides more warmth to a vignette than candles, even if it is only one!!

Always add a personal item or a unique accessory. I always recommend this because it adds a story…something to talk about as guests gather around your tables.

Did you happen to notice my new rug?! I am obsessed with the neutral nature of it and the softness it adds.

Love this plaid blanket that was used on this coffee table! It totally sets the tone for the vignette!

The use of natural greenery here is divine for adding organic warmth!

This is a perfect example of using color-coordinated coffee table books to bring the look together! Even though this includes quite a bit of brighter colors, she still included some warm tones! I just love this!!
