With our property still covered in snow, it is so hard to believe that Easter is around the corner! Having our Easter dinner to look forward to, I was excited to put this Fresh Green and White Spring Table Setting for Easter Sunday.
This post is sponsored by Lenox but all of my designs, opinions, and commentary are my own. You can read my disclosures HERE.

Easter will look a little different for us this year as our daughter will not be able to come home for that weekend due to her finals that are coming up. Montana State modified its semester schedule due to the pandemic so she actually finishes up on April 27! Crazy times, for sure.
Now that both of our kids are away from home, I didn’t go crazy with decorating for Easter this year (I always did that when they were home). Mostly, I am just focusing on decorating for spring (more on that later!).

My goal with this table setting was to keep it simple “Easter-wise” so that I could just remove the bunnies and eggs after Easter and still have a pretty spring table setting to use after the holiday.

Fresh Green and White Spring Table Setting for Easter

On Easter, we celebrate our risen King!! As Christians, Easter is such a wonderful time of reflection and hope celebrating the renewed life of our Savior.
One of the things that I try to accomplish for holiday brunches, lunches, or dinners such as this is a balance between a casual feel that my kids prefer with a bit of “fanciness” that I like to incorporate for occasions like Easter.

The starting point for this table setting was our new Lenox Opal Innocence Flourish Accent Plates. They have a beautiful, feminine flair with a touch of “fancy” from the gold tones. The floral pattern feels fresh and modern, and is perfect for spring!

Funny story about the word “fancy”. It is my family-given nickname given to me by my cousin, Barbara-Ellen. I thought it was so funny but it certainly fit. 😉
Now, back to our Easter table setting…the feel of our rustic dining room table definitely lends itself to a more casual look which is why I chose to use my braided rattan chargers. I was not able to source the actual chargers for you, but I was able to source several similar options below.

For the centerpiece, I started with my preserved moss mat and placed it on an angle for added interest. It really grounds the whole table setting.

I used the same piece of moss on my recent Green and White Woodsy Table Setting for Spring (shown here).

Speaking of decorating with moss, be sure to check out another recent post on Ways to use Moss in your Spring Decor. It is chocked full of creative ideas for spring decorating, table settings, etc.

To complete the centerpiece, I made two simple arrangements with flowers from Trader Joe’s (that will last through Easter). Notice that I popped in a few decorative eggs and moss into the arrangements to customize them for Easter.

Next, I placed in a few brass candlesticks to coordinate with the gold on the Lenox accent plates. I really believe that candlesticks with taper candles really create a classic feeling of elegance and formality.

Next, I added in a few Easter-themed elements (the bunnies and gold eggs) to compliment the place settings. Finally, I placed in little plops of preserved moss to tie everything together.

For the place settings, it was all about coordinating the green, white, and gold tones with the centerpiece. Combining our cream and green organza napkins together in the brass napkin rings added a lovely touch of elegance and formality for the special occasion.

For the glassware, you must know how I enjoy mixing things up. If you know…you know!! My green wine glasses are staple for us and I love mixing them with other glassware, including our vintage gold etched goblets.

To complement the table, I am also featuring this gorgeous Opal Innocence Flourish Footed Centerpiece Bowl on our buffet. I was going to use it in our centerpiece, but if I filled it with flowers, you couldn’t see how beautifully appointed and elegant it is. Instead, I will be using it to serve our salad for Easter Dinner.
