Once the kids are back in school, I am fully focused on fall…in the hopes that I bring it forward sooner!! 😉 It is nice to have something new to focus on now that our nest is empty again. Insert VERY sad face! As soon as we got back from Bozeman settling our daughter back into school again, I jumped on creating A Simple and Warm Boho Fall Tablescape to start off the season.

A few months ago, I created this Natural Muted Boho Chic Spring Table Setting and really loved it. I thought it would be great to use a few elements from that table setting with warm fall tones to move forward into this new season. That is part of what made it so “simple”.
The colors of the upcoming fall have not started to show themselves yet here in Denver, so bringing those tones onto this table really gets me excited for the cooler temps, the changing colors, the future nights around our outdoor fireplaces, blankets, and the true vibrance of the season.

Ideas for Creating a Simple and Warm Boho Fall Tablescape
For my last “boho-styled” table, I used our new set of neutral dinnerware that I had been shopping like crazy for. I flipped when I found this Gibson Elite Matisse Double Bowl Dinnerware Set on Amazon! They were perfect for this table setting and I have lots more ideas for ways to use them.

I also used them on our Masculine and Casual Father’s Day Tablescape which was a big hit!
One of my go-to stores for placemats and napkins is World Market (this is not a sponsored post). They have great prices, and you can either shop for them in-store or online. I started there to acquire new linens for this tablescape. My poor husband just rolls his eyes every time he sees new sets of placemats and napkins show up here! 😉
For a foundation for the place settings, I loved these Rust Windowpane Placemats with Fringe Placemats. They remind me of the color of the leaves from our trees when they begin their fall splendor.

These Green Woven Cotton Napkin with Fringe napkins were perfect to add a casual and textural element to the place settings. Laying them on an angle adds a lovely bit of drama to the place settings.

For the glassware, you know I love mixing things up! This table was no exception. I think it really adds more interest to any table setting.

Centerpiece Ideas for A Simple and Warm Boho Fall Tablescape
Featuring the faux hops arrangements down the center of the table really made things simple for this table. There is not much natural fall foliage outside yet or even available to shop, so going this route made putting this together very easy. Plus, I will be able to use them for other fall decorating around our home.

I bought my boxed hopps arrangements from At Home (so they are not linkable) but Target also sells a very similar product (linked below).

Next, I placed in my new Linden Street Mango Wood Taper Holders to add some warm candlelight followed the copper votive holders (also purchased from At Home) for some low candle lights for added dimension.

Adding a variety of complimentary pumpkins was my final step. Using different sizes and textures really adds a lot of festive interest to the table.

Did you notice how I added similar touches to our sideboards (yes…there are two of them! You can see the whole post about that Dining Room Hack HERE!)?? This is a normal practice for me.

The brass hurricane is from Pottery Barn and is on clearance right now (linked below)!

I am super thrilled with how our new Woven Caged Pendants look with this table! You will not believe how inexpensive they were! Go check it out!!
You can shop this look of this table and room here…

As you may know if you have been a subscriber for a while, you know that I prefer to use fresh flowers, greenery, etc. for my tables, but by using these faux arrangements, I can keep this table set for as long as I would like. It could even work for Thanksgiving. Keep that in mind!
I hope you enjoyed seeing how I created a Simple and Warm Boho Fall Tablescape to start off the season. Are you starting to think about your fall decorating and tables?? I would love to hear your comments below!

Pin it for later…

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! We are moving from Texas to Colorado and I’m taking most of my furniture and dishes. What I’m not taking much of is decor items, as I want to freshen things up (we haven’t done that in many years). This gives me so much fodder for thought!
You are so sweet, Suzi! I am so glad you got some good ideas. I also moved from Texas (Dallas) to Colorado 22 years ago. Welcome! You will love it!! Where are you moving in Colorado?
Hi, Holliday!
We are in the process of packing right now. The movers come on the 24th (but I still make time to read your newsletter!) We’ll be living in Grand Junction.
Suzi
Fantastic! We have good friends that live there and they love it! Good luck with your move!
