As you may know, I love decorating for with Fresh Garland and Wreaths for Christmas! Not only do they provide such lovely, natural texture but they also smell divine and bring back those traditional aromas of Christmas.
Today, I am sharing some of my favorite Fresh Wreaths and Garlands!
One of the reasons that I really enjoy using fresh wreaths and garlands for Christmas is because they are natural and sustainable. Once Christmas is over, there is not need to store them and they can be recycled. That just makes me feel so much better.
There is also something about the way that natural garland falls and droops. So organic and natural looking. Does that make sense?

After the holiday season is over, it is so easy to just throw away the dried greenery. We have even used it for fire kindling for our outdoor wood-burning firepit. Boy, does that make for a glorious smelling fire!
Another great thing about fresh garland and wreaths is that they can be used inside your home and outside as well. Here are a few examples of how I have used them outdoors…

And, here are a few ways you can use fresh garland species inside your home…

There are so many species you can feature…cedar, pine, cypress, redwood, juniper, balsam fir, noble fir, fraser fir, blue spruce, and HOLLY! Fortunately, I have access to a lot of these evergreens in our back yard. Colorado offers such a beautiful and wide array of some many evergreen options! Lucky me!
