Last week, I had the great pleasure of hosting some of my gal pals here for a lovely Galentine’s dinner party. I gathered the girls so we could celebrate a recent “girl’s trip” we went on together to Scottsdale for our good friend “Peaches” birthday! My plan was to get us all together to watch a video we prepared with all of the pictures from our trip and reminisce over our fantastic meals, shopping trips, hikes and other memorable moments on the trip. I have always loved Valentine’s Day because it celebrates love! My husband’s unromantic side, however, thinks it is more of a “marketing holiday”. Not here! This year, I decided to host an early Galentine’s Dinner Party for a group of some of my favorite gals here in Denver.
We all recently traveled to Scottsdale for a girl’s (aka “Peaches”) birthday trip and had a blast!! I thought it would be nice to get us all back together to reminisce, look back through all of our photos and giggle again over all of the hilarious and meaningful moments we shared. “Peaches” and her fabulous personality is what inspired this Galentine’s dinner party in honor of Valentine’s Day and her big birthday!
