  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil only the good stuff!
  • 1 Juice of one Lemon add some zest if you like!
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard I used Grey Poupon.
  • 1/2 tsp Holliday's House Seasoning Recipe linked in this post!


  1. Add olive oil to an airtight container.

  2. Add lemon juice, dijon mustard, and house seasoning to container.

  3. Seal the container and shake vigorously.

  4. Refrigerate for 10 days to 2 weeks.
